We have been members of the Guild for nearly 20 years and have regularly received their excellence awards. These awards are based on the return of quality questionnaires from customers who have just moved with us. This is an accurate assessment of our quality as all customers get a questionnaire; they are not given out selectively after the move! Member  Removers achieve this by consistently receiving their Excellence Award based on customer satisfaction and is widely regarded as the best guide of quality service in the industry.

Furthermore In February 2012 A J Stephenson Removals were awarded the Most Loved Remover in the Uk, in the Best of`s website`s national competition, furthermore we won the most loved business in Billericay. In March 2012 we were informed that we are allowed to say we are advisors to the Guild of Removers and Storers Ltd, for allowing our industry unique report "The Top Ten Removals and Storage Disasters to Avoid" to be used in their current training seminars. Something we are extremely proud of!  More recently the Guild are using it on the home page of their brand new website.
