Membership of the NGRS means that we are bound by a stringent set of rules and obligations, such as:

Accurate and Honest Information:
We agree to ensure that claims they make verbally, in writing, inadvertisements or in marketing material are honest & accurate.

Arbitration and Conciliation:
We agree to fully cooperate with the Guild in relation to the conciliation service operated by the Guild from time to time. We accept that where a client refers any matter to the Ombudsman Scheme, we will abide by any award made by the Ombudsman.

Estimates/Quotations - Avoiding Mistakes:
Wherever there is reasonable time between viewing and carrying out the removal, we will provide written estimates or quotations for all work. Such estimates or quotations will be in duplicate, will carry terms & conditions of business and that, wherever possible, prior to work taking place they are in receipt of an acceptance copy signed by the client. Any amendments to these will also be confirmed to the client in writing.

Insurance Claims Assistance:
We agree to assist the client by rapidly forwarding to them, the insurers, or any other party materially involved in a claim, documents that will enable the claim to be processed.
