One of the main benefits is the price. Based on square feet on average we will be up to 50% cheaper, not only this we will be much cheaper if you decide to insure your goods. In-fact so cheap we include free insurance up to £3,000 per container! Self store room providers typically charge you 3-4% per month. *From October 2012 Self storage sites will have to charge VAT on storage making us even cheaper

The next benefit is access- you will be able to reverse your vehicle right up to your storage container. You can use our volume calculator to work out how many containers you need. As a guide one container holds 250 cubic feet. Our smaller containers hold 190 cubic feet.

Although you can`t access the storage 24/7 without notice, you can give us 24 hours notice and we will get your container down for you to access. You can do this as often as you like without charge. Each storage container is 35 square feet (7`x5`) and 250 cubic feet (7x5x7.2) a price guide is £9.50per week up to 3 months, £8.50per week over 3 months. There are no handling fees. Not only this you can put your own padlocks on and we provide 10 blankets, and cardboard boxes in each container for you to wrap your furniture.

If you need packing materials and removal boxes we sell a wide range from our shop in Billericay or from our website. We deliver to you anywhere in Essex free of charge for orders over £50.
