This was our second move in under four months and we were unable to book AJ Stephenson the first time round and had to use another removal firm - I'm glad AJ Stephenson had availability for our second move as their service was far better - both the full packing service and the move itself. They made it really easy for us, and labeled the boxes really clearly so we knew what was in each one (not just what room the contents had come from), which made unpacking much easier. The lovely ladies who packed for us were extremely efficient and the guys who did the move were friendly and helpful.

‘Hi Alan, Just a quick email to thank your company for moving us at such short notice. The 3 chaps who moved us were absolutely brilliant. They turned up at just gone 8 and worked very hard to have us packed and ready to move in time. When we got the keys they unloaded everything and were so helpful. I was very surprised at the level of service we received - nothing was too much for them and they were just what a removal company should be. Can I ask that you pass on our thanks to the three guys. They made what was potentially a very stressful day quite relaxed and it all went very smoothly. Yes I would recommend, excellent guys, worked very hard on day very efficient and very helpful. Definitely use AJ Stephenson Again’
