ETHICAL BOOKING POLICY

At A J Stephenson Removals we pride ourselves on our ethical and dedicated approach to our services.

Our commitment to you forms the framework of the policy.

We know that moving home is really stressful, and so you need to know that you can rely on us at every turn. All of our team will work tirelessly to uphold that at every step.

Our office functions with all the latest technical assets to ensure the margin for error is negligible.

Because of this, you will be seamlessly guided through the process of initial enquiry through to appointment, quotation and then a provisional booking. Each step will be catalogued on our contact history system and any bookings will be confirmed in writing with you.

Your removal or storage booking will be held solely for you up to 7 days from the date without commitment from you. During this time we will reserve the resources required to carry out the service in a professional way with our own dedicated and directly employed staff.

All the time you are provisionally booked we will turn other work away regardless of value, even if you are booked on a high demand day. Furthermore, we will never sub out work or use agency workers or hire vans in. We only use our own fully equipped specialist removal vans and trained, motivated and directly employed removal crews.

When it’s 7 days from your removal day we will contact you to confirm the booking and take full payment. Once we have done this we will send you confirmation and receipt of payment – you can then relax! If you have not exchanged contracts then all is not lost; we are the only company that offers a Late Exchange Guarantee, which will keep your provisional booking without full payment.
